Environmental & system observations
Observation of readily observable conditions such as interior temperature displays, visible moisture indications, and accessible systems included within the agreed scope.
Documented reporting
Clear documentation following each visit so the homeowner has a record of what was observed.
Concern communication
When an observable condition warrants attention, the observation is described factually and communicated to the homeowner.

Concierge Services

Receiving or placing packages and deliveries in an agreed location.
